Bunny Hill is a rustic wedding venue in Yorkshire with a modern twist. Towering windows allow light to flood the main ceremony room, large mirrors frame the space and bounce light from the windows and white ceiling. Creating a beautiful, crisp and bright space that is perfect for any style of wedding. Wether you’re looking for traditional, bright, bold or a rustic theme, Bunny Hill could be the venue for you. It really does have it all and can be dressed beautifully to suit any style.
The gardens span for acres and include a festoon lit woodland, a rustic wooden tree swing big enough to seat the happy couple, a wooden bridge laced with fairy lights, a zip wire for the more adventurous and a festoon lit marquee that houses multiple tables with built in glass surround fire pits. It truly has everything you need to create your perfect day and countless beautiful spots to create stunning couples portraits.
I cant wait for the opportunity to shoot at Bunny Hill again so if you’re planning on getting married there; get in touch using the contact for on my website, I can’t wait to work with you!
Neons, pinks, oranges, citrus fruits and wild flowers create an explosion of colour and a truly epic setup for this styled shoot held at Bunny Hill on 1st March 2023. The bright colours pair perfectly with this rustic, yet modern barn venue to create a unique look that is perfect for a couple wanting something different to the traditional whites and greenery associated with a wedding day. If you’ve never considered having a bright theme for your wedding then I hope these images help to persuade you that it is a really fun, different and stunning option that shouldn’t be off the table.
No styled shoot is complete without the models, The Castledines and Annie and Gracey were the perfect fit for this bright and bold day. All real couples and you can quite clearly see the love they have for each other in each and every image, from playful winks to Mel being cold enough to wear her dressing gown over her dress while we were in the woods, the shoot felt natural and not dissimilar to a real wedding day as the interaction between the couples was so natural. Although some are posed, the majority of the images below are candid or shot using a simple instruction, rather than a forced or false pose, which is my favourite way to work. (So if you don’t like being in front of the camera, or overly false poses, I may be the photographer for you!) From Mel fixing her hair as a strand had come loose, to Chris helping her down the stairs in a big dress, to Annie and Gracey taking selfies in Bunny Hill’s huge mirrors, these images are completely natural and were captured in the moment.
