Wyresdale park wedding photography – 1st March 2024

Maddie and Josh married at the beautiful Wyresdale Park in March 2024. A little rain couldn’t dampen this bright and vibrant day. From the stunning blooms provided by Bluebells and Daisies to the white brick interior of the feasting, ceremony and party barns, the whole day is full of love and colour. With a sage green and yellow theme, Maddie and Josh’s day puts a modern twist on a traditional celebration.

A rainy March wedding day at Wyresdale Park

This wedding had everything you could hope for. A lovely couple, their dog, a beautiful venue and so many family and friends present to share the love. The boys prepare for the day in the honeymoon sweet, wearing Moss Bross suits. Whilst the girls start the with hair & makeup by Salon no1 & By Lydia Marie. Mimosas and croissants are served before stepping onto their multi way sage green dresses.

Wyresdale’s new atrium made the perfect backdrop for confetti, family formal photos as well as a few couple portraits and a mini portrait session with their dog while we sheltered from the rain. We grabbed clear umbrellas and headed out into the courtyard. Making the most of the time we had between the drinks reception and dinner to add a few more portraits to the gallery.

The Evening

Maddie’s stunning wedding dress and detachable train from Lulu Browns Bridal absolutely stole the show and matched the theme of the day perfectly, effortlessly transitioning from prep to party as the watchtowers band started their set in the evening. Wyresdale Park’s party barn looked the part with home made bunting by the brides mum. The band were incredible and really know how to get the party started. Everyone was on their feet and danced late into the night.

It was a pleasure to photograph Maddie and Josh’s day and I hope to return to Wyresdale Park soon!
